A 12-hour layover on our way to Paris. Early autumn in Prague. Breakfast on our way to the country of petite-dejeuners. Local beer in the Czech Republic. Not too shabby. This is what I do know. This is something that has been planned ever since I started drinking and enjoying beer.

One of the joys of being back to Europe is that you get to visit 3000-seat churches and cathedrals in 300-inhabitant villages. If we get to to see the Old Church downtown, wander along the streets and the canals, and do some food and beer sampling, I'll declare myself more than satisfied.
